Friend Jeff Bernards, who led our tour from Death Valley to San Diego back in Feb 2011, invited me to bike with him around his adopted homeland of Slovenia in May 2025. Below you'll find my write up of our travels, wherein we saw many beautiful things and met many wonderful people, traveling on e-bikes through the mountains and countryside.

Day 0 - Preparing around Ljubljana
Day 1 - Ljubljana to Bloke Lake
Day 2 - Exporing west of Nova Vas
Day 3 - Bloke Lake to Novo Mesto
Day 4 - Kocevje to Hotel Kovac
Day 5 - Hotel Kovac to Selce
Day 6 - Anhovo to Kobarid
Day 7 - Kobarid to Bovec
Day 8 - Bovec to Lake Bled
Day 9 - Bled to Jezersko (some by train)
Day 10 - Jezersko to Logarska Dolina valley
Day 11 - Logarska Dolina to Camp Menina
Day 12 - Short ride to Forest camp in Mozirje
Day 13 - Mozirje to Celje
Day 14 - Celje to Brezice
